Yom Kippur 5787 / 2026 is observed from before sunset Sunday, September 20 through after nightfall Monday, September 21.
If writing, printing, or technology does not fit your observance during Yom Kippur, prepare the files beforehand and use the writing pages before the fast or afterward.
RETURN gives no medical fasting advice.

Two formats. Same seven pages.
Included: one US Letter PDF and one true A4 PDF. Files are fixed and non-editable.
Print: Actual Size / 100%. White or cream paper both work well. Test one page first. Colors vary by screen, paper, ink, and printer.
Personal-use license: personal household use and printed pieces for guests at a gathering you personally host. Guests may keep printed pieces. Digital files may not be forwarded, uploaded, resold, or redistributed. Broader organizational use requires permission.
