How can we help?

When a product is available, its purchase link will take you to our Etsy listing. You will choose your options and complete your order there.

Here you can learn about our company, available products, and upcoming collections. Field Notes and free resources are in preparation. Etsy handles orders and payments for our available products.

Our shirts, TEND THE FIELD, GENTLY LED, DWELL & REJOICE, RETURN, and Joseph are available on Etsy. GENTLY LED is a digital art set; other wall-art collections remain in preparation. Check the product’s page and current Etsy listing before ordering.

Please message us through your order on Etsy so we can see the order details. If you checked out as a guest, reply to your Etsy receipt email. To send an Etsy Help request, choose View your order in that receipt, then sign in or create an Etsy account using the same email address you used for the purchase. For other questions, visit our Contact page.

After Etsy confirms payment, open Etsy.com in a computer or phone browser, go to your account’s Purchases, and choose Download Files beside your order. Downloads are not available in the Etsy app. Guest purchases use the link in the receipt email. If that email is missing, check your spam folder; account purchases remain accessible through Purchases. Extract any ZIP before opening the files inside.

For more help, see Etsy’s digital download instructions. If a file is missing or will not open, message us through your Etsy order.

Follow the instructions supplied with your exact product and preview before printing. RETURN and the DWELL & REJOICE readings and table pieces include U.S. Letter and A4 versions; choose the version that matches your paper. Joseph is U.S. Letter in landscape orientation. DWELL & REJOICE’s display artwork is 8 × 10 inches. GENTLY LED includes six JPG formats per design; use its exact size guide and preserve the complete painting, Scripture, reference, and printed border.

Use Actual Size or 100% for PDFs when the guide calls for it. For artwork images, choose the intended print dimensions and check that the print preview preserves the whole design without unwanted cropping. A home printer’s margins may require adjustment. Test one page or piece before printing the complete set.

Please check the return and cancellation details on the Etsy listing before ordering. For help with an existing order, message us on Etsy.
